Our process
FISECx utilizes CxAlloy for web based commissioning process management software as well as traditional documentation. Most projects have internet but there are a few where it is necessary to issue paper copies of checklists, reports and related documents. We can and will engage the project team in a manner that makes sense. In either case, we provide training to trade contractors engaged in CxAlloy and review commissioning expectations in detail.

Mil spec or Lean? While LEED projects have defined commissioning requirements, your project may not be pursing LEED certification so what options do you have? You define the level of commissioning and FISECx will engage at that level. Not all projects need a Mil Spec approach and budgets do matter. We can work with you to strike a balance that best serves your project.
